This policy explains how Rafaeltatts LLC ("we," "us") collects and uses personal information on this website and in our follow-up with you. Questions: support@rafaeltats.com.
What we collect
- What you give us in our forms: name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, monthly revenue range, and your answers (for example, your biggest bottleneck).
- How you found us: the page you submitted from, the referring page, and campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters, fbclid, gclid), if present.
- Consent record: the consent text shown to you, its version, and the time you submitted.
- Purchases: if you buy the ICM program, payment is handled by Stan Store. We receive your order details (such as name, email, and the Instagram handle you enter), not your full card number.
- Technical data: our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested in order to serve and secure the site.
How we use it
- To deliver the free training and respond to your application.
- To follow up with you by phone, text, WhatsApp, email, or Instagram about the training and our programs, with your consent.
- To process purchases and onboard customers.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring people in.
- To keep the site secure and comply with the law.
Who processes it for us
We use service providers to run this site and our follow-up. They process your information on our behalf:
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): our CRM, where form submissions are stored and where calls, texts, and emails may be sent from.
- FormSubmit: delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
- Stan Store: checkout and payments for the ICM program.
- Vercel: website hosting.
We don't sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Texts and calls
If you give us your phone number, you agree to receive calls and texts (including automated) from Rafaeltatts LLC about the training and our programs. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or email support@rafaeltats.com.
Opting out

- Email: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
- Anything else: email support@rafaeltats.com and we'll stop contacting you.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own host. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical cookies or logs to deliver and protect the site. If we add a video player or analytics in the future, we'll update this policy, and that provider may set its own cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we have a relationship with you, and afterward only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Everyone: you can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing support@rafaeltats.com.
EU, EEA, and UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR): Rafaeltatts LLC is the controller of your data. We rely on your consent (marketing messages), steps you ask us to take before or under a contract (applications and purchases), and our legitimate interests (running and securing the site). You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You can complain to your local data protection authority. Our providers may process your data in the United States.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We don't sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We'll respond within the time required by law and may need to verify your identity first.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn't directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect children's information.
