The ICM program is a program and system with community access, delivered online. Checkout and payment are handled by Stan Store, and its terms also apply to the payment.

Intellectual property
The site, the program materials, videos, and the ICM system are owned by Rafaeltatts LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or publish them without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
The site and programs are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Rafaeltatts LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
